Preston Super100 Props
Preston Super100 Props are now available. Capable of supporting 100 tonnes at 5m and 48 tonnes at 12m unbraced and can go even higher with bracing, the Super100 prop is the prop to use when you need to support the big loads. Perfect for supporting and reinforcing underneath floors where crane outriggers would otherwise overload the floor so that cranes can now be used. Also can be used as legs for bridges and has a large range of civil applications. It’s modular design means that it is extremely flexible when it comes to installing on the job.
The Preston Super100 Prop Range
- Fully adjustable from 410 mm up to 12000 mm unsupported.
- Preston Super100 Prop has a Safe Working Load of 1000 KN at 5000 mm (or 5m) through to a very impressive 473 KN at it’s maximum unsupported height of 12000 mm (or 12m).
- But best of all it is Extremly flexible… by using more that one and using bracing you can go much higher and support much heavier loads.
- Its high load bearing capacity means fewer props are required over a given area to support your load, reducing installation time and costs.
- It’s simple modular construction means that it can easily be installed under existing structures.
- Props can be pre-assembled and delivered to your site ready for immediate installation saving time on site.
- Its square profile makes it real easy to handle, easy to brace and easy to combine and build more complex propping solutions such as supports for bridge construction.
- The simple bolting system, requires no special tooling or skills therefore speeding up and simplifying installation time and costs.
- All Super100 props undergo an 11 point inspection checklist before every hire which means your safety on site is maintained at all times.
