Andrew Lambert - General Manager
With over 20 years’ experience in the Australian and New Zealand Hire Industry, Andrew has joined Preston Hire having learned the hire industry from the ground up. Starting in the mid 90’s as a serviceman/driver, he’s worked tirelessly acquiring skills and knowledge leading to multiple senior management roles within the Hire Industry. Andrew’s focus remains the same, build customer-centric teams that are driven to solve customers’ hire issues and train our teams to be the best they can be.
Mike Thomas - Head Of Rail Division
Mike Thomas is an integral part of the Preston Hire team since 2015 bringing with him 18 years of hire industry experience in both sales and operational roles. Mike leads Preston Hire Rail having established and grown this division of the business from its conception. Mike’s previous roles within Preston Hire have seen him contribute to the effective supply of goods and services and to create the highest level of efficiency possible. He managed the ongoing improvements of all operating systems and strived for organisational effectiveness. Mike’s leadership and knowledge are key to the ongoing success of our business.
Yohan Pathinather - Finance Manager
Having worked with Equipment related companies and the Hire industry in particular for over 15 years, Yohan brings a wealth of knowledge and experience having held senior management roles in finance. Leading the finance team, Yohan is looking forward to improving systems and processes at Preston Hire keeping in line with the theme of ‘raising the bar’.
