We recently asked staff to share with us what they are looking for from this program … after all, SuperLife is All About You!

These results will help guide us in the types of activities, information and initiatives that we introduce to staff that you believe will be most helpful to your overall wellbeing.
We are always open to feedback and any great ideas that individuals may have too!

When asked which was the most important aspect currently affecting your working life, the answers were fairly even across the board.
Both Physical and Mental Wellbeing were equally ranked as most important to you.

When specifically referring to PHYSICAL WELLBEING, the results were as follows:
62.1% of you would love access to exercise facilities or organised programs
40.5% of respondents are happy with their current physical health
24.3% of you want to make better food choices

The SuperLife crew will get to work on this feedback!

MENTAL WELLBEING survey results indicated:
54% of you want more morale boosting activities to be involved with
32% want Preston Hire to be involved with charity days and initiatives bringing awareness to mental health

Finally, ENVIRONMENTAL WELLBEING is an area we are all aware of and can contribute to improving.
62% of respondents want to use less paper and generate less waste
40% of you want each branch to have recycling facilities to help with environmental impact
